Burt Snover, President of CompEdge, has been in financial services since 1985. Burt leads the company’s client and carrier relations and field training functions. He also instructs CompEdge consultants on the subtleties of annuities and insurance, drawing on nearly 30 years of experience as an investment advisor representative with Brokers International Financial. A graduate of University of Michigan, Burt holds the distinctions of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant – Advanced Financial Planning (ChFC®). Burt resides in Dallas, TX and enjoys playing the piano and loves all music. He also has an interest in basketball, golf and hockey.

Bryan Mueller is a Vice President at CompEdge overseeing Training & Sales Support. A CompEdge team-member since 2007, Bryan also offers life insurance, annuity and investment product strategies at Foresight Financial. He further serves Brokers International Financial as a registered representative and investment advisor representative. Since graduating from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006, Bryan has earned an insurance license with the state of Texas, a Series 7, Series 66 license and ChFC® designation. Bryan and his wife, Tawny, were married in 2011 & have two children, Blakely & Hunter who are their pride and joy!

Colleen Snover, Vice President of Operations, has been in the financial industry for more than 20 years. She comes to CompEdge with a background in sales, supervision, and compliance, holding various relevant licenses and certifications. A graduate of DBU, she holds a degree in theology and is currently working through courses at the American College to obtain her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). The artist behind the annual CompEdge Christmas card, in her spare time she enjoys a wide variety of creative pursuits: cooking techniques, crafting cocktails, photography, learning to play the bass, playing the flute, and, the latest, making quality skincare products. She and her husband, Burt, enjoy living in Dallas with frequent visits to northern Michigan, where they keep a remote hideaway surrounded by beautiful wildlife.

Joshua Delgado, External Advisor Consultant, assists CompEdge with new business, sales, illustrations and compliance. Joshua’s professional background is rich in customer service, sales and compliance management. He has earned an insurance license with the State of Texas as well as his Series 7 license. He is currently working towards his Series 66 license. A passionate North Texas sports fan, he also enjoys winter sports, mountain biking, and youth ministry work in his hometown of Rowlett, Texas. Joshua and his wife, Stephanie, have two sons, Jackson Joshua & Colton Dirk, and a daughter, Landry Grace.

Mark Ganter, External Advisor Consultant with CompEdge. He draws on previous experience as a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney when advising registered representatives on annuities and life insurance products. He currently serves as a registered representative and investment advisor representative with Brokers International Financial. Mark has earned an insurance license with the State of Texas as well as Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Out of the office, Mark enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing softball, volleyball and fishing. This Pittsburgh, PA native now resides with his wife, Gaye, in Sachse, Texas. He has two children, Nikki and Zak.

Eric Palmer is an Advisor Consultant that joined the CompEdge team in August 2022. He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas’ School of Management in May 2021 with a BS in Business Administration and has a long background in customer service. Eric is a diehard sports fan, even if his favorite teams consistently let him down emotionally. When not being disappointed by another flameout prospect of the Texas Rangers, he enjoys writing sketch comedy and stage plays. His free time is mostly spent lounging around with his black lab, Bane.

Caitlin Trejo is an Advisor Consultant for Lincoln Financial and American National (ANICO) as well an Internal Advisor Consultant Trainee. Joining the CompEdge team in March 2020, she is a former Logistics Manager for Tremmar Freight Services and Event Manager for Marriott Hotels with several years of customer service experience. She has now earned an insurance license with the State of Texas. Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband, Marcial, of 15 years, two daughters, Maya and Rosa, and her amazing extended family. She travels with Maya for various dance competitions throughout the year and volunteers her time as a backstage manager during the dance studio’s full length ballet productions.

Barb Price, is the New Business Case Manager for American National (ANICO) and American General In-Force Business (OPAI, GIO, EPUO, Term Conversion and Child Rider Conversions). Joining the CompEdge team in April 2014, she is a former Operations Director for an Ameriprise Financial branch, Assistant Vice President, Military Affairs at The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, and prior Air Force Staff Sergeant. Barb graduated with a BBA in Human Resources from Baker College and is a mother of four; Kristoffer, Lindsay, Tyler and Haley, plus a grandma of three; Rebekka, Hannah and Faythe. Barb enjoys running, reading and is a devote San Antonio Spurs fan.

Aleta graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Education. After spending time as an educator, Aleta joined the CompEdge team in the summer of 2023. As the Office Manager, she brings her administrative, organizational, and management skills to the operations side of the business. These skills come in handy, especially when trying to manage the CompEdge team and ensure they have plenty of snacks! Aleta and her husband Caleb moved from Kansas to Dallas in 2023 as well, and they are enjoying learning about the area and all it has to offer. In her spare time, Aleta enjoys buying new plants, reading, traveling, baking with sourdough, and has recently taken up crocheting.
